Question: I am unemployed at present and live in an apartment next to a resident who has a yard with several barking dogs. They have high-pitched barks and they bark daily for hours. I have called Palm Beach Animal Care & Control, but they will not act until they receive two affidavits from other neighbors. In the meantime, the dogs keep barking.
Is there some kind of solution to this problem behavior when they bark at anything? The owner is elderly, there may be a fine and I want to be a good neighbor. Any suggestions? — Kathie
Answer: You are in a sticky situation. Unfortunately, there is not a lot that you can do. Of course, on your end, you can use white noise in your house and sleep with ear plugs to drown out the sound. To stop the dogs from barking, you can try the ultrasonic bark correctors that are widely available on the market.

I think, they must bring their pets to a vet, so that the can be look at what is causing the constant barking, on the other hand, I've been giving my pets, dog probiotics and it seems they are all fine and lively, how come?
